Plan Design/Costs
Face amounts available
- Option 1: $10,000 with an annual premium of $40.80 per member
- Option 2: $15,000 with an annual premium of $61.20 per member
- Other amounts are subject to Home Office pre-approval
Governing board members and permanent municipal employees are also eligible for coverage
Age reduction schedule of 50% at age 70+; coverage terminates when no longer eligibile
AD&D benefits (included at no additional cost)
- Seat Belt: 10% of Basic AD&D up to $10,000
- Air Bag: 10% of Basic AD&D up to $10,000
- Repatriation: up to $5,000
